Request account deletion

You can delete your OralTechCare account and associated data directly from the mobile app by going to Me > Settings > Delete account.

If you cannot sign in, send an email from the address associated with your account to oraltechcare@bonck.us with the subject line Account deletion request.

What is removed

When your deletion request is processed, your account profile and associated app data that we are able to remove will be deleted from the OralTechCare system. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or administrative purposes.

Processing time

We normally process deletion requests as quickly as possible and will confirm completion by email once the request has been reviewed.
